Shipping and delivery policy

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. We will of course inform you as soon as possible about a possible problem with your shipment.

We ship our packages to Belgium or the Netherlands and use the services of an external party to do so. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

A shipping cost is clearly displayed during checkout.
